Find and Fix the One Thing Suppressing Your Offer's Conversions
For founders getting traffic, leads, or sales conversations but not enough customers.
In one working session, we'll identify whether your Promise, Credibility, Risk, or Price is suppressing conversions, then help you ship one high-impact fix over the following 14 days.
3-minute application. If selected, choose your working session time immediately.
The real problem
You probably do not need better copy.
If your offer is unclear, unconvincing, risky, or poorly matched to the buyer, changing the wording will not solve the underlying problem.
Offer Physics is the diagnostic framework used to identify the specific force preventing prospects from saying yes.
A clearly written description of a weak offer is still a weak offer. We find the weakest force first, then change one thing.
A wording problem sounds like
"I don't get why this matters to me."
An offer problem sounds like
"I get it. I just wouldn't pay for it."
Most stalled funnels are the second kind wearing the costume of the first.
How we diagnose it
Four forces decide whether a prospect acts
1. Promise
Do they want the outcome badly enough?
2. Credibility
Do they believe the offer can produce the outcome?
3. Risk
Do they feel safe taking action?
4. Price
Does the perceived value clearly exceed the cost?
When conversions stall, one of these forces is usually weaker than the others. We identify the weakest force and focus the engagement there.
What you get
What You Get During the 14-Day Engagement
The Offer Read
A focused 60-minute working session to understand the current offer and conversion problem.
The Written Diagnosis
A clear diagnosis identifying the primary force suppressing conversions.
One Change Test
One high-impact change selected and implemented based on the diagnosis.
The Follow-Up
A review of what was implemented, what changed, and what should happen next.
This is not a full funnel rewrite, brand strategy project, or general copywriting engagement. The focus is identifying and improving the single highest-impact offer constraint.

Questions
Questions you're probably asking
Why is it free?+
This is a founding cohort. The goal is to validate the diagnostic process and collect real results. Selected participants receive the engagement at no cost in exchange for implementation and honest feedback.
What if I do not have a live product yet?+
You may still apply, but priority goes to founders with an active offer and real customer, lead, or traffic data.
How much time does this take?+
The working session takes approximately 60 minutes. The remaining engagement runs for 14 days and requires participation in implementing the selected change.
Who is this for?+
Founders who already have an offer and are experiencing a conversion problem despite having traffic, leads, or sales conversations.
Will you rewrite my entire funnel?+
No. The engagement focuses on identifying the primary offer constraint and implementing one high-impact change. Broader funnel, pricing, advertising, or positioning work is outside this founding engagement.
