Your offer information

The free diagnostic asks for commercially sensitive detail — pricing, delivery constraints, customer problems. We only ask for what the analysis actually uses.

What we store

  • Your answers, each with the evidence basis you selected.
  • The findings and report generated from them.
  • Your email address, only if you provide it to receive the report.
  • Basic usage events (assessment started, report generated, report viewed).

Your report lives at a private, unguessable link. Anyone with that link can read the report, so treat it as confidential. Nothing is published or shared.

Anonymised benchmarking use is opt-in and off by default. If you did not tick that box at the start, your answers are never included in aggregate analysis.

You can delete an assessment and everything derived from it at any time using the “Delete my data” control at the bottom of your report. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

The free diagnostic is qualitative and advisory. It is not scientific, predictive, or a valuation, and it does not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice.
